Order Processing

    • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

    • No shipping on weekends or public holidays.

    • If processing is delayed, we will notify you.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. We currently only ship with the USA.

Estimated delivery timeframes:

    • USA: 5–10 business days

Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays or unforeseen events.

Tracking Information

    • You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

    • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

    • MoniqueLuxe.com is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit.

    • If a package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact the courier directly.

    • We will assist where possible.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers must provide the correct shipping address.
We cannot replace or refund orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.


2. Return  Policy

All sales are final.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled only if they have not shipped.
Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
